中国交通建设股份有限公司（01800）7月17日公告，2025年度末期现金分红方案已于2026年6月18日举行的2025年年度股东大会审议通过。公司将向A股股东每股派发现金红利0.07793元（含税），股权登记日为2026年7月22日，除权（息）日与现金红利发放日均为2026年7月23日。
截至公告日，公司总股本为16,213,786,279股，其中A股11,795,310,279股，H股4,418,476,000股。扣除拟回购但尚未注销的72,437,200股限制性股票后，本次有权参与分配的总股本为16,141,349,079股。
根据此前披露的方案，公司拟维持合计分配现金红利约12.58亿元不变，对应分配基准为16,274,644,225股，每10股派发现金红利不低于0.7729元（含税）。因总股本发生变动，公司已于2026年6月23日注销60,857,946股回购股份，并依照实施时股本数据调整每股实际派发金额至0.07793元。
税务安排方面，个人投资者和证券投资基金在取得股息红利时暂不代扣个人所得税；合格境外机构投资者（QFII）及“沪股通”投资者适用10%代扣税率；其他居民企业及非居民企业股东现金股息所得税自行缴纳。
