2026年7月7日，恒基兆业地产有限公司（00012）发布公告称，其独立非执行董事、审计委员会及企业管治委员会主席，以及薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员鄺志强先生已于2026年7月6日逝世。鄺先生自2004年加入董事局，至今已任职22年。董事局向鄺先生家属表示深切慰问。
公告同时披露，经提名委员会建议并获董事局批准，即日起作出以下董事会委员会成员调整： 1. 欧肇基先生获委任为审计委员会主席； 2. 胡经昌先生获委任为企业管治委员会主席； 3. 胡家骢先生获委任为薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员。
