DOBOT acquires additional 100,000 H shares for HK$2.72 million under award scheme, lifting total buyback to 0.15% of share capital

Shenzhen DOBOT Corp Ltd disclosed that, on 6 July 2026, the trustee of its H Share Award Scheme purchased 100,000 H shares on the open market at prices ranging from HK$27.08 to HK$27.28 per share. The transaction cost approximately HK$2.72 million.

Including the latest purchase, the trustee has accumulated 600,200 H shares since 25 June 2026 for a total consideration of HK$15.36 million, representing about 0.15% of DOBOT’s issued H-share capital. The aggregate purchase prices ranged between HK$24.62 and HK$27.28 per share.

The Board stated that the continued buybacks signal confidence in the Group’s operating performance and long-term prospects in robotics and embodied intelligence, while ensuring sufficient shares for future grants to eligible participants under the award scheme. The Board will review the number of shares to be awarded and may authorize further market purchases at its discretion.
