Mr. Kwan Tak-sum has retired and, despite being eligible, did not stand for re-election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Consequently, he stepped down from his role as a Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the meeting. Following his departure, Mr. Kwan also ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Separately, Mr. Leung Tak-ho, who was also eligible, did not seek re-election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting in order to focus on his other business commitments. He therefore retired from his position as an Executive Director at the end of the meeting.
