耀才证券金融集团有限公司 (股票代码：1428) 与要约人 Wealthiness and Prosperity Holding Limited 于11月25日联合公告，就要约人拟对耀才证券金融全部已发行股份（除要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意收购的股份外）作出无条件强制性现金要约，宣布延长完成的最终截止日期，并进一步推迟寄发有关要约的综合文件。
根据公告，完成需待若干条件达成或获豁免后方可作实。截至目前，完成条件 (b) 项及 (e) 项已达成，其他条件尚未满足或豁免。要约人已与卖方签订修订协议，将原定于2025年11月25日的最终截止日期延长至2026年3月25日，并将加付按金由1.407亿港元提高至1.6416亿港元。
公告同时提及综合文件的寄发时间亦将顺延。要约人及耀才证券金融已向执行人员申请，将寄发综合文件的最后日期进一步延长至不迟于完成后7天或2026年4月20日（以较早者为准）。
