BJ ENT WATER (00371) announced its intention to issue the second tranche of medium-term notes in 2025, with a total principal amount of RMB 2 billion in the domestic market. The notes will consist of two series: Series 1 with a three-year maturity and Series 2 with a five-year maturity. The company plans to allocate all proceeds from this issuance to repay borrowings from overseas financial institutions.
