OpenAI购物平台体验尚显笨拙但持续优化——市场观察

根据瑞穗证券发布的研究报告,OpenAI为提升ChatGPT用户商品发现与比价功能而扩展的智能商务协议目前操作仍显笨拙,需进一步优化,预计后续将经历多轮迭代。不过,该机构分析师大卫·贝林格指出:“商品发现机制正持续改善,与零售商的整合度不断提高,体验日趋流畅自然。在我们看来,当前功能仅是未来几年变革的初步尝试。”

OpenAI已成功将塔吉特、劳氏、家得宝、Wayfair、百思买及沃尔玛等零售商接入平台。其中沃尔玛正致力于开发深度嵌入ChatGPT的增强型应用体验。贝林格强调,一旦履约与物流能力跟上发展节奏,“智能商务协议有望成为重要推力。”
