据公告，本次回购根据公司2026年5月12日通过的购回授权进行，该授权可回购股份总数为596,449,204股，目前已在香港及其他证券交易所回购209,355,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的3.51%。此次回购后，公司将于2026年10月17日之前暂缓发行新股或出售、转让任何库藏股份。公司确认已按照香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法规的规定履行披露及合规义务。公告由公司秘书梁兆康签署。
