ALLEGRO CULTURE (00550) announced that Mr. Chen Zhaohong has resigned from his positions as independent non-executive director, member of the company's nomination committee, and member of the audit committee, effective from August 29, 2025, in order to devote more time to his personal and other business commitments. Following Mr. Chen's resignation, Ms. Deng Baolin has been appointed as a member of the board's nomination committee and audit committee, effective from August 29, 2025.
