多点数智有限公司（下称“多点数智”，股票代码02586）于2026年2月5日发布2026年1月股份变动月报。报告期截至2026年1月31日，注册股本保持在2,500,000,000股，面值0.0001美元，对应注册股本总额250,000美元无变化。
报告期内，普通股上月底结存926,516,286股，库存股10,884,700股，总发行股份为937,400,986股。本月减少流通股6,369,625股，并增加库存股6,455,700股。截至1月底，流通股数为920,146,661股，库存股数上升至17,340,400股，总股本增至937,487,061股。
