公司董事会于2026年5月13日通过购回授权，授权可回购最多32,715,311股。截至目前，通过包括本次回购在内的行动，已回购股份共计3,541,500股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份总数约1.0574%。公司确认，本次回购过程已遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则和相关法律法规要求。
