China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited announced a proposed final ordinary dividend of RMB1.93 for every 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The payout remains subject to shareholder approval, with the meeting date yet to be confirmed.

Shareholders registered in Hong Kong will receive the dividend in Hong Kong dollars by default; the exact exchange rate will be released closer to the payment date.
