Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited announced that, effective 11 August 2026, independent non-executive director Zhou Beihai and former employee-representative supervisor Mo Wenyi have relinquished their roles on the Board’s Risk Control and Compliance Committee. The committee now comprises Chairman Zhong Wei, alongside members Zheng Guangfeng and Liu Shuen Kong, with all other positions unchanged. The disclosure was approved by the Board and released from Kunming on 13 August 2026.
