华侨城(亚洲)(03366)8月6日公告，公司董事会已发出股东特别大会通告，拟于2026年8月21日11时在深圳市南山区深南大道9018号华侨城大厦43楼5号会议室召开股东特别大会，就出售华侨城（惠州）产业园管理有限公司100%股权事项进行表决。
本次交易由公司通过全资附属公司兴永投资有限公司，与胜宏科技（惠州）股份有限公司于2026年7月20日签订《产权交易协议》执行，相关出售被称为“建议出售事项”。
股东特别大会将以投票方式表决，所有合资格股东可于2026年8月20日至8月21日期间出席并行使表决权。股份过户登记将于2026年8月19日16时30分截止。
公司提醒，股东可通过提交代表委任文件授权投票；如股东选择亲自出席，可在大会上发言并投票。更多关于建议出售事项的具体信息，已载于同日发布的通函。
