YANCHENG PORT (08310) has issued an announcement stating that the Board of Directors hereby announces the completion of the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the transfer of a 51% equity stake in the target company, Qianhai Tomorrow Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., on December 23, 2025. Consequently, the sale was finalized on the same date in accordance with the terms of the Equity Transfer Agreement. Following the completion of the sale, the Group no longer holds any interest in the target company, and therefore, the target company ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company.
