The market movement follows the quiet launch of an anonymous model codenamed "Pony Alpha" on global model service platform OpenRouter on February 6. The model has quickly attracted developer community attention due to its powerful coding capabilities, exceptionally long context window, and deep optimization for agent workflows. Market speculation widely suggests this model serves as a preview version of KNOWLEDGE ATLAS's upcoming GLM-5 release. Notably, on KNOWLEDGE ATLAS's listing day on January 8, Chief Scientist Tang Jie revealed in an internal letter that the company would soon launch its new-generation GLM-5 model. On February 2, Tang further confirmed via social media that GLM-5 would be released shortly. Guolian Minsheng Securities published a research report stating that in the Agent era, large models are evolving from "chat tools" into "autonomous employees." The securities firm suggests that large model manufacturers mastering core algorithms and industry interfaces are positioned to significantly benefit from the wave of universal intelligence. Investors are advised to focus on MINIMAX-WP and KNOWLEDGE ATLAS, which successfully listed earlier this year as the "twin stars of large models."
