NetEase Music (09899) Announces February 2026 Monthly Share Movements and Public Float Compliance

NetEase Cloud Music Inc. (09899) announced its monthly return for equity issuers, detailing share movements for February 2026. The company’s authorized share capital remained unchanged at USD 100,000.

At the close of February, the number of issued shares stood at 216.73 million, while treasury shares rose to 1.18 million, bringing the total issued shares to 217.90 million. The company confirmed that it continues to meet the 25% minimum public float requirement.

During the month, 23,200 new shares were issued under the Pre-IPO Share Incentive Scheme, raising HKD 1.52 million. Meanwhile, the company also repurchased a total of 848,300 shares, transferring them to treasury stock. The overall movement resulted in a net decrease of 825,100 issued shares (excluding treasury shares).

As of the end of February 2026, the Pre-IPO Share Incentive Scheme had 81,821 restricted share units outstanding, which may be satisfied by either newly issued or existing shares. Under the separate 2022 RSU Plan, 1.98 million restricted share units were outstanding, which will be satisfied by existing shares.
