此次招募提速源于该试验第二阶段取得的突破性数据。最新结果显示，CMND-100在主要疗效终点上表现出显著优势，为后续研究提供了强有力支撑。研究人员特别指出，第三队列将重点评估不同剂量方案的安全性特征和药代动力学参数。
