根据公告，公司须为不同类别的H股股东代扣代缴相关税款。对于非居民企业股东，适用10%的企业所得税预扣税率。对于H股个人股东，若其为香港、澳门居民或所在国家（地区）与中国签订的税收协定规定税率为10%，将按10%代扣个人所得税；协定税率低于10%的暂按10%预扣；协定税率高于10%且低于20%的按协议实际税率代扣；否则按20%代扣。内地个人投资者通过沪深港通投资H股取得的股息红利，按20%代扣个人所得税。
