百利大（Paladin Limited，00495）7月24日发布公告称，公司已收到香港联合交易所有限公司通知，上市委员会于2026年7月10日根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条决定取消公司股份的上市地位。
公司股份的最后上市日期为2026年7月24日，股份上市地位将自2026年7月27日09:00起取消。
公告提示，最后上市日期后，尽管公司股份仍具法律效力，但将不再于联交所挂牌及买卖，公司亦不再受上市规则规限。公司建议对取消上市地位可能带来的影响有疑问的股东寻求专业意见。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事翁世华；非执行董事陈智豪、阮志华；独立非执行董事欧植林、廖文健。
