2026年3月23日，小米集团-W（01810）发布翌日披露报表，当日于香港联交所场内回购312.98万股B类普通股，占已发行股本约0.012%，每股价格介乎31.8港元至32.08港元，总涉资约9999.49万港元。
同日，公司还根据股份计划授予及普通股购买协议，分别发行299,500股及980,184股B类普通股，发行价分别为2.7港元与52.64港元。变动后，公司B类普通股数量增至21,458,105,898股。
公司显示，其回购授权于2025年6月5日获得通过，可回购股份上限为2,594,916,968股。至今已累计回购279,376,600股，占授权总数的1.08%。
公告确认本次发行与回购均符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定，公告由首席财务官林世伟签署。
