百融云创（06608）于2026年2月6日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司当日在香港联交所进行股份回购，共计10万股。根据文件披露，本次回购价格区间为每股10.90至11.00港元，涉资约109万港元。
本次回购股份占回购前既有已发行股本（不含库存股）约0.0219%。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库存股）降至约3.83119732亿股，库存股数量增至约1443.35万股，总已发行股本（含库存股）维持约3.97553232亿股。公告同时提及，公司此前于2025年4月至6月期间亦进行了多笔购回并拟注销的股份记录。
公司回购授权于2025年5月30日获股东大会通过。截至本次公告，回购授权剩余可回购数量为46654089股，公司累计回购约15044500股。公司并确认已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。
