TOWN HEALTH releases 2025 Annual Report and AGM circular outlining director re-elections, new share mandates, and proposed final dividend

Town Health International Medical Group Limited (TOWN HEALTH) announced that its 2025 Annual Report and an accompanying circular dated 29 April 2026 are now available on both the company’s website (https://townhealth.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).
