江西银行(01916)发布更新公告，就截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的派息金额及汇率作出调整。公司宣派末期普通股息每10股0.34元人民币，公司预设派发货币为每10股0.390951港元，所采用汇率为1元人民币兑1.149856港元。
此次股息除净日为2026年7月14日，递交股份过户文件的最后时限为2026年7月15日16时30分，暂停办理股份过户登记手续的日期为2026年7月16日至7月21日，权益登记日为2026年7月21日，股息派发日为2026年8月25日。
代扣所得税方面，非居民企业股东适用10%税率；H股个人股东倘为香港、澳门居民或与内地签订10%股息税率税收协议的国家/地区居民，同样按10%税率代扣代缴；若个人股东所在国家/地区与内地签订低于10%的税率协议，暂按10%税率代扣；若与内地签订20%税率协议或无税收协议，则按20%税率代扣代缴。相关税收减免安排详见公司2026年3月27日公告。
