据公告，双方此前已申请将计划文件寄发期限延长至2026年6月3日，并获执行人员同意。同时，已于2026年4月1日（开曼群岛时间）向开曼大法院提交批准计划的申请及召开法院会议指示聆讯的传票。开曼大法院拟于2026年5月21日上午十时（开曼群岛时间）进行该指示聆讯。
公告指出，由于仍在落实建议及计划相关资料以载入计划文件，双方将根据上市规则及收购守则适时另行公告计划状况、进展及计划文件寄发事宜。
此外，公告提醒股东及潜在投资者，私有化建议须待条件达成或豁免后方可实施，因此未必会实施，计划亦未必生效。相关人士买卖公司证券时应审慎行事，如有疑问可咨询专业顾问。
