Yues International Holdings (1529) Announces Executive Director Resignation

Yues International Holdings Group Limited (Stock Code: 1529) announced that with effect from 28 October 2025, Mr. Li Jiahao has resigned as an executive Director due to other work and personal commitments. Simultaneously, Mr. Li no longer serves as a member of the remuneration committee.
According to the announcement, there is no disagreement between Mr. Li and the board of directors, and no matters related to the resignation need to be brought to shareholders’ attention. The board expressed appreciation to Mr. Li for his contributions during his tenure.
