贪玩（于开曼群岛注册成立的有限公司，股票代码：09890）于2026年2月10日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在当日于香港联交所回购152,600股，占该公司于相关事件前已发行股份约0.03%。
本次回购价格区间为每股18.08港元至18.80港元，合计支付总额约2,822,826港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量减至524,835,718股，库藏股数增至9,604,200股，整体已发行股本总数仍为534,439,918股。
贪玩于2025年6月19日获股东大会通过股份回购授权，可回购股份总数为53,305,851股，至今已在市场累计回购8,222,800股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及当地适用法律完成上述事项。
