第一季度销售额达16亿欧元，同比下滑5.9%，但经调整后录得2.1%的涨幅。值得关注的是，沃辛顿钢铁公司的收购要约已成功完成，目前共获得克洛克纳61.87%的流通股。
尽管当季净亏损收窄至400万欧元，远低于去年同期的2800万欧元亏损额，但发货量呈现分化态势：第一季度总发货量为110万吨，同比下降6.4%，经调整后则实现2.1%的正增长。
