大眾金融控股有限公司(626)宣布，董事会已议决派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的第二次中期股息，每股港币0.05元。该股息将于2026年2月26日(星期四)以现金派付给于2026年1月30日(星期五)名列公司股东名册的股东。
上述已宣派的股息不应被视为公司截至2025年12月31日止年度溢利水平的指标。
为确定股东享有派息资格，公司将于2026年1月28日(星期三)至2026年1月30日(星期五)期间暂停办理股份过户登记，期间不接受任何过户手续。股东如欲享有派息，需于2026年1月27日(星期二)下午四时三十分前将所有过户文件及有关股票送达公司在香港的股份过户登记分处。
