According to a recent announcement by Taste • Gourmet Group Limited (the “Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary has entered into a new lease agreement (the “New Lease”) for the opening of a Japanese Western style bakery cafe known as San Roku Roku Pan Cafe. The upcoming location, situated at Shop G49 on the Ground Floor of The Southside in Wong Chuk Hang, is expected to commence operations in the fourth quarter of 2025. The agreement is still subject to execution by the landlord, who is described as a major property developer and operator of premium shopping malls in Hong Kong.
The New Lease spans three years, with an option to renew for an additional three years. The lease commencement date is set for 31 October 2025. The location is adjacent to the Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, within a landmark shopping mall covering approximately 510,000 square feet, housing around 130 shops, restaurants, and a cinema. As disclosed, the applicable percentage ratios for the lease assets under the GEM Listing Rules are below 5%, and the New Lease therefore does not trigger any major transaction requirements under Chapter 19 of the GEM Listing Rules.
