南山铝业国际控股有限公司（02610，以下简称“南山铝业国际”）7月31日发布盈利预警称，经对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“期内”）最新未经审核综合管理账目及现有资料进行初步审阅，预计期内本公司权益股东应占净利润约为5,800万–6,800万美元。相比之下，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团录得净利润约2.48亿美元。
公司表示，利润下降主要源于毛利率收缩，原因在于氧化铝销售价格下跌而单位销售成本相对保持稳定。期内产品平均售价约为每吨320美元，低于2025年同期的约每吨529美元，主要受到氧化铝市场指数价格回落影响。
南山铝业国际提醒投资者，以上数据基于初步评估，未经独立外部核数师最终确认及审核，亦未经过公司审核委员会审阅。公司将于2026年8月19日公布中期业绩，并于当日召开董事会，审议及批准中期业绩公告、考虑派发中期股息（如有）等事项。
