Hesai Group Unveils Four New Products Including 6D Full-Color Chip, Mass Production Set for Second Half of the Year

Hesai Group held its 2026 Technology Open Day event on the afternoon of April 17, announcing the launch of the world's first 6D full-color LiDAR ultra-light-sensitive chip, Picasso SPAD-SoC. Concurrently, Hesai's ETX series LiDAR will be upgraded with the new Picasso SPAD-SoC, supporting up to 4320-line full-color 4K ultra-high-definition perception, with mass production and delivery scheduled for the second half of this year.

During the event, Hesai also revealed its strategic shift from "spatial perception" to "spatial intelligence" and debuted its new spatial intelligence AI hardware product, Kosmo, along with a new strategic direction focusing on robotic power modules.
