China Tianbao Group Development Company Limited (CH TIANBAO GP) has published its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, approved by the board on 31 March 2026 and covering operations from 1 January to 31 December 2025. Key disclosures include:

Climate-Change Governance and Risk Management

• The board retains ultimate responsibility for ESG strategy, supported by an ESG Executive Committee that oversees greenhouse-gas (GHG) management, climate-risk assessment and target implementation.

• Scenario analysis based on IPCC and NGFS pathways highlights extreme heat, heavy rainfall, typhoons and sea-level rise as principal physical risks. The group is strengthening emergency plans, construction-site controls and long-term asset durability standards.

• Transition risks from tighter carbon policies and energy-price volatility are being addressed through green-construction plans, energy-efficiency upgrades and clean-energy adoption.

Carbon Footprint and Environmental Performance

• 2025 GHG emissions totalled 9.47 million tCO₂e (Scope 1: 0.27 million; Scope 2: 9.21 million; Scope 3: 0.03 million). Emission intensity (Scope 1 + 2) stood at 25.67 tCO₂e per employee.

• Electricity use reached 17.35 million kWh, gasoline 99,483 litres and diesel 240 litres.

• Water withdrawal was 9,339.09 tonnes, with the healthcare segment saving about 6,000 tonnes and achieving 100% reuse for irrigation.

• Waste generated comprised 7.20 tonnes of non-hazardous material; 100% of hazardous waste was properly treated.

• The group planted 1,255 trees, expected to offset 28.87 tonnes CO₂e annually. No environmental incidents or violations were reported.

Workforce and Safety

• Headcount: 369 full-time employees—all based in mainland China.

• Gender split: 73% male, 27% female; 54% of staff aged 41–50.

• Turnover rate: 29% for males, 15% for females; no work-related fatalities and zero lost-time injury days recorded between 2020 and 2025.

• Training: 74% of employees received training; senior and middle management averaged 44 hours per person, other staff 28 hours.

Supply-Chain Oversight

• A tiered supplier-assessment system rated 1,877 domestic suppliers (1,366 in North China, 213 in Central China, 180 in Northwest China, 66 in Southwest China, 44 in East China and 8 in other regions) on quality, safety and ESG criteria.

• Green-procurement policies promote low-carbon materials and require contractors to meet environmental and safety standards.

Community Contributions

• RMB0.28 million donated in 2025, including RMB0.23 million for local cultural and sports initiatives and RMB0.05 million for educational facilities; the group also organised provincial sports events and cultural exhibitions.

Governance and Ethics

• Anti-corruption, anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering frameworks are in place; approximately 130 directors and employees completed integrity training on 23 November 2025.

• No corruption-related legal cases or complaints about products and services were recorded during the year.

Looking forward, CH TIANBAO GP intends to continue integrating ESG considerations into its construction contracting, property development and healthcare businesses while refining climate-risk mitigation and resource-efficiency initiatives.
