GANGYU SERVICES (00265) announced that due to work arrangement adjustments, Mr. Mo Yueming, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective October 1, 2025. However, he will continue to serve as Chairman, Executive Director, Chairman of the Board's Nomination Committee, and member of the Board's Remuneration Committee. Mr. Sui Fengzhi, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Non-executive Director, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2025. Due to work arrangements, Mr. Sui has submitted his resignation as Deputy Chairman of the Board and Non-executive Director, effective October 1, 2025.
