新纽科技（09600.HK）于近期公告，将在股东周年大会上申请授予董事会有关股份购回的一般授权，规模最高可达已发行股份总数（不含库存在内）的10%。公告显示，新纽科技目前已发行1,003,817,280股股份（含5,952,800股库存股份），该授权一旦通过，最高可回购约99,786,448股。
本次购回资金将依据公司可合法使用的内部资源，并遵循开曼群岛公司法及香港联合交易所有限公司相关上市规则进行。董事会认为，若根据市况适度行使购回授权，有望提升公司价值及强化对股东的回报，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
据公告，过去12个月内该公司股票于联交所的最高成交价为每股0.36港元、最低为0.183港元。公司拟于2026年6月10日召开股东周年大会审议该购回授权议案，并将于2026年6月5日至2026年6月10日期间暂停股份过户登记。有意行使投票权的股东需留意前述登记截止时间。董事会强调，一旦授权获批，将在严格评估后才会执行具体购回计划。
