JINHAI MED TECH (02225) announced that Ms. Zheng Yuan has resigned from her positions as (i) company secretary, (ii) authorized representative, and (iii) agent for service of process of the company, with effect from September 29, 2025. Mr. Huang Wenyao has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process, effective from September 29, 2025, to fill the vacancy arising from Ms. Zheng's resignation.
