特朗普媒体科技集团今日宣布，已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了S-1表格的初步注册声明，计划推出“Truth Social加密货币蓝筹ETF”，该ETF将直接持有比特币、以太坊、Solana、Cronos和瑞波币，资产配置比例依次为：70%、15%、8%、5%和2%。Crypto.com将担任该ETF的独家数字资产托管机构、主执行代理，同时提供质押服务及流动性支持。该ETF的正式推出仍需等待注册声明获得SEC批准，以及19b-4文件的审核通过。一旦获批，该基金将在NYSE Arca交易所上市交易。
