Breton Technology Co., Ltd. (1333) has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Fujian Rixin Machinery Leasing Co., Ltd. to collaborate on unmanned driving for mining transport. Under the agreement, Fujian Rixin intends to purchase at least 150 electric mining trucks equipped with unmanned driving technology and related services from Breton Technology for operations including earth stripping, loading, transportation, and dumping.
According to the announcement, Fujian Rixin has expertise in the leasing, sales, and maintenance of engineering machinery and a solid customer network in mining operations. Breton Technology contributes its pure electric engineering machinery R&D capabilities, drive-by-wire technology, and scenario algorithms for mining-sector unmanned driving. The agreement will remain valid for two years from November 3, 2025, with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement.
The board of directors noted that the agreement will help advance Breton Technology’s product reach and strengthen its business in mining transport. It does not constitute a notifiable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, and any formal contracts arising from this framework will meet applicable regulatory requirements. No profit forecasts have been made in connection with this collaboration.
