2025年第三季度营业收入约为人民币1768.61亿元，同比下降1.30%。同期实现扣除非经常性损益后的净利润约35.96亿元，同比增长24.13%。公司单季度毛利率提升至11.80%，较上年同期提高0.50个百分点。经营活动现金流在第三季度净流入约115.10亿元，财务费用则同比大幅下降73.88%。研发投入方面，2025年前三季度研发费用约153.40亿元，同比减少约12%，公司持续优化成本结构并保持相关投入。
业务分项
2025年1–9月新签合同金额合计约13399.70亿元，同比增长4.65%。其中，基建建设业务贡献约12224.40亿元，同比增长6.35%；基建设计业务约304.30亿元，同比下降21.40%；疏浚业务约788.33亿元，同比下降6.38%；其他业务合计约82.67亿元，同比增长2.31%。在新兴业务领域，能源工程类项目新签合同金额同比增长超八成，农林牧渔工程类项目增幅亦较为显著，显示多元化布局成效。公司表示，风险可控且现金流状况持续改善，为后续项目的顺利交付提供了有力支撑。
