WEB3 META (08093) announced that the board of directors proposes to implement a share consolidation on the basis that every 20 issued and unissued existing shares of HK$0.01 each will be consolidated into 1 consolidated share of HK$0.2 each. The existing shares are currently traded on the Stock Exchange in board lots of 5,000 existing shares each. Subject to and upon the share consolidation becoming effective, the board proposes to change the board lot size from 5,000 existing shares to 2,000 consolidated shares per board lot.
