深圳百果园实业（集团）股份有限公司（百果园集团，02411）2026年6月1日公告显示，公司当日于香港联合交易所场内回购普通股H股2,415,500股（约合241.55万股），占本次购回前已发行股份数1,990,539,750股的约0.1213%。每股回购价格介乎1.70港元至1.73港元，合计支付金额约416.55万港元。
根据公告，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数为1,988,124,250股，库存股份增至12,597,000股，公司已发行股份合计2,000,721,250股。另外，股东大会于2025年6月5日通过了购回授权，发行人可根据该授权购回股份总数为145,388,894股，截至公告日已合计购回12,597,000股，占购回授权的约0.8664%。
公司确认，上述回购事项已经遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法规要求，先前已向香港联交所提交的说明文件未发生重大变化。公告由公司秘书付小艳签署。
