冠城钟表珠宝集团有限公司（00256）8月14日公告披露，根据未经审计的管理账目及其他可得资料，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月，本公司拥有人应占溢利不少于4,000万港元；而上一财年同期则录得约4,204.50万元港元的亏损。
公司表示，业绩转盈的主要原因包括： 1. 钟表、時計产品及相关配件业务营运效率提升，运营开支显著减少； 2. 银行和金融业务利润贡献增加； 3. 2026年5月完成出售Rotary Watch & Jewellery Limited 50%股权带来一次性收益。
公告同时指出，上述数据基于集团最新的未经审计管理账目，尚未经过独立核数师审核，亦未经审核委员会审阅，最终中期业绩仍有待进一步调整及落实。公司计划于2026年8月28日公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩。
