According to a recent announcement, JIANGXI BANK (01916) has stated that its extraordinary general meeting has approved the election of Mr. Li Xiuhong as a non-executive director of the bank. Mr. Li's appointment will take effect from the date his director qualifications are approved by the Jiangxi Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision Administration, and his term will last until the conclusion of the bank’s fourth board of directors' term.
