诺亚控股(06686)发布更新公告，就截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期普通股息派发时间表作出调整。公司宣派每股0.933元人民币的末期股息，已获股东大会批准。
此次更新明确，持有香港联交所普通股的股东，除净日为2026年7月8日，记录日期为2026年7月9日，递交股份过户文件的截止时间为7月9日16:30，股息派发日定于2026年7月30日。最终股息将以港币支付，具体金额及汇率有待公布。
公告特别指出，对于持有公司在纽约证券交易所交易的美国存托凭证（ADS）的持有人，除净日与记录日期同为2026年7月9日，此差异源于美国证券交易委员会的不同清算周期安排。
本次股息派发不涉及代扣所得税。
