Yahong Meditech (688176.SH) has released a draft of its 2026 employee stock ownership plan, according to an announcement.

Upon approval by the company's shareholders' meeting, the plan will acquire and hold shares of the company held in its dedicated repurchase securities account through non-trading transfers and other methods permitted by laws and regulations, totaling no more than 5.871735 million shares, accounting for approximately 1.03% of the company's current total share capital. Of this, 4.76 million shares are proposed for initial grant, with 1.111735 million shares reserved.

The plan has a duration of 60 months, starting from the date the company announces the transfer of the final batch of shares under the initial grant to the employee stock ownership plan's account. The shares obtained under the initial grant are subject to unlocking in two phases, with the unlocking points occurring 12 months and 24 months after the company announces the transfer of the final batch of shares under the initial grant to the employee stock ownership plan's account, with 50% of the shares unlocked in each phase.
