On September 15, the 2025 National Cybersecurity Week Enterprise Leaders Symposium was held at the Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center. The meeting was chaired by Yang Jianwen, Deputy Director of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission and Deputy Director of the National Internet Information Office.

Yang Jianwen noted that as the digital economy integrates deeply with the real economy, cybersecurity demands are accelerating their transformation from "compliance-driven" to "risk-driven." This represents not only a core direction for industrial development but also an inevitable choice for addressing complex cyber environments, requiring "tripartite coordination and joint efforts."

Industry regulatory departments should provide "substantial" support for industrial transformation, create better policy environments for cybersecurity enterprises, promote high-quality industrial development, and encourage companies to participate in standard formulation. Leading enterprises need to shoulder responsibility for tackling "bottleneck" technologies, focusing on key areas such as chips, partnering with universities and research institutes to form innovation consortiums, accelerating the development of autonomous and controllable security chips to break monopolies, and helping small and medium-sized enterprises enhance their security capabilities through mentorship programs.

Industry associations should play a "bridge and link" role by building cybersecurity talent pools, establishing "threat intelligence sharing" mechanisms, and optimizing collaborative communication systems.

During the symposium, executives from 16 companies including CHINA UNICOM (00762), CETC, CEC, SenseTime (00020), Venustech Group Inc. (002439.SZ), Asiainfo Security Technologies Co.,Ltd. (688225.SH), Nsfocus Technologies Group Co.,Ltd. (300369.SZ), Dbappsecurity Co.,Ltd. (688023.SH), Antiy Labs, Hengan Jiaxin (688023.SH), PDD Holdings (PDD.US), Baidu (09888), Huawei, XPeng (09868), Iflytek Co.,Ltd. (002230.SZ), and Merit Interactive Co.,Ltd. (300766.SZ) discussed three major topics: "Key Elements of Transformation," "Breaking Industry Involution," and "Supporting Enterprise Global Expansion," offering suggestions for high-quality development of the cybersecurity industry.

Representatives from relevant departments of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission and over 50 representatives from 36 enterprises attended the meeting.
