Tianqi Lithium Corporation (stock code: 09696 on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong) announced on 11 February 2026 that it has issued 65,050,000 new H shares through a placement at HKD 45.05 per share. Following this issuance, the total number of H shares outstanding increased from 164,122,200 to 229,172,200, which represents a 39.6% rise.
Separately, its A shares (stock code: 002466 on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange) remained unchanged at 1,477,072,783 shares. According to the disclosure, this issuance was carried out under all relevant listing and regulatory requirements, with the funds duly received and all prescribed conditions met.
