Upstart Holdings, Inc.公布第二季度业绩，季度营收为3.65亿美元，同比增长42%，高于FactSet统计的分析师预期3.62亿美元；调整后EBITDA为7690万美元，同比增长45%，同样高于市场预期的6440万美元。
公司表示，本季度继续优化AI信贷模型，以更准确地区分低风险和高风险借款人，这一改进推动核心个人贷款业务恢复增长。CEO Paul Gu称，AI正在被用于贷款承保和风险验证等传统人工判断难以高效完成的环节。
运营方面，Upstart在本季度促成约14亿美元初步贷款发放，按27.4个有效放款日计算，日均贷款发放约5100万美元。个人贷款仍是公司最成熟、盈利能力最强的业务，同时公司也在继续拓展住房贷款和汽车贷款业务。
此外，Upstart正在推进银行业务建设，上月已获得美国财政部货币监理署的初步批准。公司表示，私人信贷合作伙伴仍是资金来源的重要组成部分，现有合作方均已续签协议，且部分合作期限和规模有所扩大。
