博维智慧（01204）8月18日晚间发布盈利预告称，基于对截至2026年6月30日止六个月（下称“2026财务期间”）未经审核综合财务资料的初步评估，公司预计期内利润将较去年同期大幅增长不少于50.0%。上一财年同期利润约为0.8百万港元。
公司指出，利润增长主要受以下因素驱动： 1. 企业IT解决方案业务收益增加，尤其是在专业IT服务、托管服务、IT设备租赁收入及IT维护与咨询服务方面，得益于多项高价值合同履约及取得政府部门合同； 2. 行政开支减少，主要由于员工福利开支下降以及法律、专业及咨询费用减少。
上述正面因素部分抵销了以下影响： (a) 分销及转售业务收益减少； (b) 研发开支增加； (c) 预期信贷亏损模型下的减值亏损增加。
博维智慧表示，2026财务期间的实际财务业绩仍有待董事会、审计委员会及独立核数师审阅。公司计划于2026年8月底公布中期业绩报告。
