特朗普媒体科技集团宣布，与Yorkville Acquisition以及Crypto.com达成业务合并协议，将成立一家数字资产金库公司。三家公司表示，新公司将命名为“特朗普媒体集团CRO策略”(Trump Media Group CRO Strategy)，核心业务是收购Cronos生态系统的原生加密货币代币CRO，在纳斯达克以“MCGA”的股票代码进行交易。交易完成后，这三家公司将共同拥有新公司的多数股权。
数字资产资金库预计获得的资金包括10亿美元的加密货币（CRO）、2亿美元现金、2.2亿美元强制行权认股权证所得现金。
此外，特朗普媒体科技集团还与Crypto.com建立了战略合作关系，双方用户将享受跨平台福利，如Crypto.com用户可获得免费或折扣的Truth+订阅服务。这一合作有望扩大公司的用户基础并提升品牌影响力。
